Our glass eel has been collected from the mouth of Shimanto river, which is known as the very plentiful river and the last clear stream in Japan. Our Unagis were raised in our farm using the underground water from Shimanto river and feed special blended fresh Aonori seaweed and other nutrition to make sure that we can offer the great quality of the texture and aroma of Unagi. Please enjoy our "Shimanto Unagi" which grilled by Bincho charcoal to bring up the roast aroma at our restaurant
