The wheat utilized inn our noodles is sourced through fair trade, consisting of premium whole wheat cultivated in the fields of Northern Thailand. Each morning, we meticulously grind the wheat by using a stone mill, resulting in the production of freshly ground, aromatic noodles for your enjoyment.
