The haircut and wash were very meticulous. There were Japanese customers, and the stylist was Japanese.
The haircut included a plastic collar, hair treatment, and a hot compress on the neck. It was incredibly relaxing.
The haircut was made by a lovely Thai stylist who constantly updated me on my hair's condition. She cut my hair thoroughly and was very attentive.
The shop's element included water and snacks. The shop was airy and clean, and the music was good, not too loud. I liked the friendly atmosphere. The Japanese stylist always thanked the assistants.

I had a very good experience at Cyan hair glam.
I asked for a cut + straight root perm and digital perm for the hair ends + colouring so I knew it was gonna take a lot of time.
I got a Japanese guest hairstylist and she helped me pick the right colour and answer all the questions I had. There was of course a language barrier, but they had a translator over to help during the process.
I felt really cared for the whole time and even got coffee, tea and snacks. The personnel was lovely.
The result in the end was stunning!
