We booked the private Onsen 2 hours VIP package with 90 minutes aroma massage after. Hands down my massage was by far the best I had for a long time. The staff in general is also clean. I have to reduce 1 star because we booked a private onsen. But it isn't really private. There is a fence with no full visibility protection so basically it's not private and right next to people smoking. For that money you pay to get the privacy I would have expected full privacy.
