Subscription Registration Agreement
(Pre-Confirmation Items for Recurring Billing Agreements)
This service provides a recurring subscription service in accordance with the international credit card brand guidelines established by Visa and MasterCard and the OPN (Omise) recurring billing policy.
The following are important terms and conditions that require prior explicit consent in the recurring billing agreement. When you sign up for this service, you must agree to each of the following items.
Article 1: Consent to Recurring Billing
I agree that for the subscription plan selected in this application, my registered credit card will be automatically and continuously charged after the initial contract.
I also understand that, due to the nature of the service, the contract will automatically renew and continue under the same conditions unless I explicitly cancel.
Article 2: Prior Notice
For plans with a free trial period, I agree to be notified in advance via email, LINE, etc. that I will be automatically switched to a paid plan and charged at the end of the trial period.
Article 3 [Disclosure of Contract Terms and Billing Information]
We strive to clearly indicate the following information in advance:
Whether or not there is a free trial period and its duration
Plan name, usage fee, and billing cycle (e.g., monthly/annual)
Initial and recurring billing amounts
Contract renewal date and next scheduled billing date
Cancellation procedure and contact information
Article 4 [Cancellation and Cancellation Procedures]
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please fill out the cancellation request form and contact our sales representative by the end of the month prior to your contract renewal month.
If your cancellation request is submitted by the deadline, automatic billing will be suspended from the next renewal onwards, and your contract will not be renewed.
If your cancellation request is submitted late, charges that have already occurred will not be canceled and will be suspended from the next renewal onwards.
As a general rule, we do not refund any amounts already paid for usage fees, regardless of the reason. However, we may make exceptional refunds at our discretion, such as in cases where there is clear negligence on the part of the service provider. In such cases, refunds will generally be processed using the same payment method as the original payment.
Note:
These regulations have been prepared in accordance with Japanese law and various laws and regulations related to e-commerce in the Kingdom of Thailand, with the aim of ensuring clear and fair information disclosure and protecting customers.
