The food is delicious and the service is excellent (Khun Patrick took the best care of everything for our table)
Great steak, good service, and a nice environment. However, we ordered it RARE (since it was served on a hot plate), but the steak turned out to be very COLD in the center, which was disappointing. We ended up eating the first few slices slightly cold before asking them to recook it. When it came back, it was OVERCOOKED — closer to MEDIUM than RARE (not even medium rare). When we asked if there was anything they could do about it, the staff said there was no proper procedure to handle this kind of issue (apart from offering a cheesecake, which we would have received anyway through our KTC credit card). I find that unacceptable for a 7,400 THB meal at a top-tier restaurant and brand. It was disappointing that such a minor issue was handled so poorly.
We came to celebrate birthday for my nephew. Rainny and Tiger are taking a good care of us and the food is good.
We were just gonna grab a meal. now attached to the steak. The service was so good we almost asked them a consultation at our bar. 11/10 would definitely chew again. 🥩❤️
Plus they teach me how to use spoons as tong 🥺
