It’s really delicious, and very authentic taste also serving cold water, brings me back to Japan.
Both ramen and gyoza are good can try it affordable price as well
I’ve passed this place so many times during my grocery runs to UFM, so I finally decided to stop in. I wasn’t too hungry, so I went for the tsukemen — rich, intense broth with perfectly cooked noodles and a great ramen egg. The chashu could’ve been a bit bigger, but the taste definitely makes up for it.
You can sit upstairs, or grab a counter seat on the main floor if you want to watch them torch the chashu up close.
Clean spot, fast service, and a satisfying experience overall.
Great ramen, i recommend the aged miso. The small portion is quite big so the size is decent as well. Fully open kitchen, kind service.
Very thick broth for lovers of such ramen. Two levels of sitting, first level is the bar style. Gyoza was good. Spotted several Japanese at the restaurant as well.
