They can offer you hot or cold crabs. Choose hit, because they still became cold soon.
Buffet goes like this: they come to you with crab (choose giant), and cut its shell. You can order sides from special menu (included) and from main page of buffet (recommended). Try miso, if you like miso, you don'tneed crab in it. Also hot tea included.

For first-time visitors, I think the best way to enjoy it is to feast on plenty of king crab and snow crab.
My personal recommendation is the Snow Crab All-You-Can-Eat at 1,980B,
with one extra king crab leg added for 2,980B total.
