Had such a lovely experience here. The udon noodles were absolutely comforting, with a beautifully subtle and well balanced soup that did not overpower but still had so much depth. The pork was the highlight for me, juicy, incredibly soft, and perfectly tender in every bite. Everything just felt thoughtfully prepared, and I would definitely come back when I am craving something warm and satisfying.
Just a small note, since it is an open kitchen, I hope the chefs could wear hair nets for added hygiene and peace of mind.
