We booked the private Onsen 2 hours VIP package with 90 minutes aroma massage after. Hands down my massage was by far the best I had for a long time. The staff in general is also super friendly. I have to reduce 1 star because we booked a private onsen. But it isn't really private. There is a fence with no full visibility protection so basically it's not private and right next to people smoking. For the money you pay to get the privacy, I would have expected full privacy and not transparent fence next to a smoking area...
