I stumbled upon this place by accident. The food was so good I forgot to take photos of all dishes. I will definitely visit again 😊
Good quality! especially all the fresh sashimi & sushi. I love them all. What i ordered are:-
- Salmon & Avocado Sushi 5/5 fresh & creamy avocado with right amount of mayo on top.
- Beef Tongue Stew 3/5 the beef tingue is melt in mt mouth with the very tasty stew soup served in the hotpot style. However, i feel the amount of beef tongue is too small, so the stew soup is overwhelming its taste n less concentrated of beef.
- Gindara Shio Grill 5/5 - Codfish grilled which normally will be topped with miso sauce but today i selected to have it grilled normally with salted. Just to get the taste how its freshly sweetness would be and so it does perfectly grilled n so fresh as expected
- Spinach in sesame dressing topped with dried fish flake 4/5. Love this appetizer. It gives me the refreshing feeling.
- Free of charge warabi mochi 3/5 -- too limited warabi powder in my opinion. But good to have for free complimentary anyway.
