I had been growing out my natural hair for 14 months, and when I came for a service with the stylist named Game, she said she would do everything in the best possible way.
However, the result turned out to be terrible.
The stylist made several serious mistakes:
• she touched my natural hair color and ruined the smooth transition;
• she added an unnecessary brown tone on the section between the bangs and the crown, which is the most visible area;
• she placed the highlights incorrectly, so the coloring looks cheap and messy, and the overall pattern of the color is uneven and unattractive;
• she burned my forehead and ears during bleaching;
• the strands in the bangs area are much lighter than the rest of the hair, which clearly shows poor timing and product control.
After the procedure, my hair was damaged, and the color became patchy, uneven, and dirty-looking.
When I complained, the staff refused to resolve the issue for a long time, constantly saying that “the owner is out of town” and “he cannot contact you.”
I had to come back to the salon myself, and only then they finally managed to reach the owner.
He promised to refund me and offered to cover a redo at another salon as compensation for the moral damage.
However, right after I left, he changed his decision, saying that they are not responsible for moral damage and will not pay for another coloring.
In addition, the salon does not have enough professional hair colors to achieve a beautiful natural blonde, and lacks cool tones to correct mistakes and tone the hair into a clean, cool ash blonde.
I find this behavior and attitude extremely unprofessional.
The staff is incompetent, and the owner cannot communicate properly with clients or keep his promises.
